(1)It is stipulated in Chinese "Hygienic Standards for Food Additives in Use"(GB 2760-1996)that, appropriate dosage of the substance can be applied in confecting varieties of foodstuff flavoring essence according to production needs.
(2)Stipulated in FEMA, the highest reference dosage of the substance employed in different foodstuff is respectively as follows in Ice Cream and other edible ice foodstuff, 0.1 in Confection, 1.1~25 in Baked and Roasted foodstuff, 11 in Condiment, 20
(3)Actual employment reference more frequently used in foodstuff confecting essence.
