The electric powered Feed Crushing Machines are powered by electric motors. Feed Crushing Machines are designed as crushing systems.The crushing system of this suspended type of feed crushing equipment is consisting of two cylinders. Each cylinder should be adjusted at the same cycle in order to ensure the crushing action productively. Thus, the cylinders are installed at two gears enabling first cylinder to transfer the cycle to the other. The feeds should be obtained in the form of very small pieces just similar as a scale so the crushing process should be started once the water by 6% was added and kept for 12 hours. The crushed cereals are filled up into a sack through a spiral. It is available to obtain the animal feed by crushing any kind of cereals.

Our production's hammermills are three types as KT150K and KT500K and KT1000K, hammermills are made two parts as breaker and mixer. Breaker unit is surrounded as 360° by screen. Feeding is made from the inside of screen as to be the last technology, productive two times than the others. The thinness and thicness of the feed is obtained with changing the screens. Thin feeds from thin-holes screen, thick feeds from thick-holes screen are obtained. Breaked feeds fall in to mixer. The second unit is called mixer. The mixer is made of two screws within each other, one of is right pitch, other is left pitch. This kind of mixers are very fast and made homogen mixture. After breakage event, mixture is done with adding materials such as medicine and minerals wanted to add. Finally the feed is obtained.
