M-2070 Polyether amine

 

Chenhua M-2070 polyether amine is a monoamine based on copolymer backbone. As show by ther representative structure, Chenhua M-2070 polyether amine is a monofunctional, primary amine with an average molecular weight of about 2000.The propylene oxide/ethylene oxide (PO/EO) mol ratio is 10/31.

 

Chemical structure:

 

CH3O(CH2CH2O)6-[CH2CH(R)O]n-CH2CH(CH3)-NH2

R=H,CH3

n=EO/PO=70/30

Physical property:

Chenhua B-100 Polyether amine is a monoamine polymerlize by nonyl phenol and propylene epoxide, molecular weight is about 1000, it’s flash point is 193.3 °C,under the room temperature, the density is 1.01 g/cm3.

Application:

Chenhua B-100 is usually used as dispersant coating for pigment dispersant intermediate in printing oil series. The advantage is with high hydrophobic performance, especially it oily or solvent-based inks and coating, it can be used as a dispersant in the amino terminal with more than reactivity of ethanol series. At room temperature, it is liquid.
