I. Description

Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) is made from PVC chlorinated by chlorine gas in solvent surrounding . It can offer good electrical insulation, thermo plasticity and membrane forming capacity, chemical stability, resist corrosion and water, dissolved in acetone, hydrochloric ether, arene, ester and some alcohol.

CPVC shares most of the features and properties of its close relative, PVC. It is also readily workable, including machining, welding, and forming. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures, CPVC is ideally suited for self-supporting constructions where temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) are present. The ability to bend, shape, and weld CPVC enables its use in a wide variety of process applications including tanks, scrubbers, and ventilation systems.

IV. CPVC Applications

-Production CPVC pipe, delivery of hot water and corrosive media.

-Used as hot water polution pipe, plating solution pipeline, heat chemical reagents pipeline, wet chlorine gas pipeline of chlor-alkali plant.

-Injection Parts: water pipe fittings, filter material, dehydration machine, electrical and electronic components. Such as wire slot, the layer of conductor protection, power switch, fuse protection covers, cable insulation materials.

-Rolled sheet: used to manufacture chemical resistance products, corrosion-resistant chemical equipment such as reactors, valves, electrolyzer etc.

-Composite materials: some composite material constituted by CPVC and inorganic or organic fiber are giving good impact resistance, heat resistance, temperature resistance better than other composite resin material that can be made of sheet, pipe, corrugated board, profile and so on.

-Through improved production technology produced higher impact resistance and higher transparency CPVC, can be used in cars, compact disc, audio and video products.

I. PVC Rod Description

PVC is the most widely used member of the vinyl family. Common applications include chemical processing tanks, valves, fittings & piping systems. PVC Sheets, Rods & Tubes offer excellent corrosion and weather resistance. It has a high strength-to-weight ratio and is a good electrical and thermal insulator. PVC is also self-extinguishing per UL flammability tests. PVC may be used to temperatures of 140°F (60°C). Available in sheets, rods, and tubing. For improved impact strength, consider Type 2 PVC. For Higher Temperature Performance, consider CPVC.

I. POM Rod Description

Good mechanical properties and rigidity, and close to the metal material. Its an ideal replacement material of copper, cast zinc, steel, aluminum and other metal materials. Excellent fatigue resistance and creep resistance. Good abrasion resistance, self-lubricated and friction. POM together with UHMWPE, PA, F4 are known as the four wear-resistant plastic materials. High thermal stability, good chemical stability and excellent electrical insulation.

Advantages:

1. High surface hardness and surface density. Small abrasion consumption, impact fatigue and shock resistance, small coefficient friction, and self-lubricating, therefore, it is the first material choice for manufacturing gear.

3.Good dielectric properties, solvent resistance, non-stress cracking.

4.Torsional resistance, it can be restored to their original when removed the external force.
