Terta Extrusion and Laminating Machine
High-speed Multi-Layers Co-extrusion Lamination Machinery is specially designed for liquid package. It use PE, PP or EVA as raw material, to be extrusion coating or laminating with paper, which is suitable for producing multi-layer composite material such as liquid packaging paper, paper-cup paper, adhesive paper, etc.
The line adopts automatic micro-computer control for the whole technology flow from substrate unwinding, lamination to winding, equipped with PLC and touch-screen color monitor, integrated with HMI developed by ourselves, to achieve operation and control of the entire line. The extruders adopt automatic temperature control, pneumatic feeding, stepless speed control and strainer changers. The dies are equipped with high-precision bidirectional hand wheels for adjusting the dies. Chill rolls of the laminators adopt high-precision forced water cooling structure. The unwinder and the winder adopt dual-station automatic turreting, automatic splicing and automatic tension control, to achieve jumbo roll changing at high speed without shutdown. Equipped with a hydraulic roll loading and unloading device, an industrial chiller, a corona treater, a length counter, an adjustable edge-trimming device, and an edge-strip blowing device. As per the customers' requirements, a second substrate unwinder (for aluminum foil or color film) can be added.
According to the products' structure, the line can utilize multi-layer co-extrusion technology, to produce multi-layer composite packaging material.
The lamination speed can be up to 350m/min, as per the customers' requirements.
