1.PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

 

All Kingflex elastomeric insulations are engineered and manufactured for HVAC and other industrial applications. With closed cell structure Kingflex insulations effectively retard heat flow and prevent condensation when properly installed. The environmental friendly materials are manufactured without the use of CFCs, HFCs or HCFCs. They are also formaldehyde free, low VOCs, fiber free, dust free and resistant to mold and mildew.

Kingflex K0 Sheet & Roll outperforms in fire resistance, water vapor permeability and thermal conductivity features. Its unique formulation makes it an ideal choice for extreme design conditions such as high humidity and low line temperature.

Kingflex K0 Sheet & Roll has excellent fire performance meeting the Class 0 & Class 1 accordance with BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7.

Product Overview:

Kingflex K0 a CFC-free,black flexible elastometric closed cell nitrile rubber thermal insualtion.

It provides a very high efficient method of insulation to control condensation against both heat loss and heat gain.

It is particular suitable for insulating pipe works for condensation control.

It can be used on chilled water lines ,air-conditioning ductwork,refrigerated pipe-works and be used with heating systems ,hot and cold water services.

Kingflex K0,having a very high diffusion resistance factor to water vapor transmission,a much lower thermal conductivity and a high radiation coefficient to ensure the surface temperature of the insulation higher than dew point or close to the ambient air temperature to prevent condensation.

It is suitable for extreme design conditions such as high humidity and very low line temperature.The product dose not depend on any additional outer thick skin or coverage.But is "Built In"to the insulation and extends through the full thickness.
