Work principle

Ultrasonic Vibrating Screens are made up of ultrasonic controller, converter and resonance loop. Electric oscillation generated by the ultrasonic controller is converted by the converter into high frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillatory wave, which transfers to the resonance loop and create resonance and then goes uniformly onto the screen surface. Ultrasonic vibration is added to the low frequency rotating vibration of materials on the screen mesh, preventing mesh clog and enhancing the screen’s productivity and quality.

 

Application

Ultrasonic vibrating screen is suitable for screening fine powder. It is widely used in silicon, alloy powder, tungsten powder, aluminum powder, rubbing powder etc.

1. Ultrasonic self-cleaning function can prevent the sieve cloth of 50~625 mesh being plugged, and prolong the life span of sieve mesh.

Usage

WSZR series hot mine vibrating screen are widely used in metallurgy industry to accomplish the classification of the small and middle sinter ore whose temperature is about 600-800°c and finish equably feeding material to the cooling equipment.

Characteristic

Basing on the working situation, the motor can be installed in the left side or right side. According to the install locations of the motor and exciting machine, vibrating screen can be divided the upper vibrating and bottom vibrating types. We can design and manufacture different types of vibrating screen according to customer requirements.

 Installation and test

a. Check the concrete foundation, bolts and steer plate according to installation chart before installation. The allowable error is within3mm.

b. The series must install on sequence from the bottom to the up, every steps must be adjusted to the primary status before the install of nest steps.

c. Should adjust the mesh to the appropriate place after vibrating screen installation. Both first and second damping spring should keep vertical status. The axes of the vibrating motor should be lower 3-5mm than that of exciting machine. Weld the motor bracket ,spring seat and steel plate.

d. Make sure the spinning directions of two vibrating motors are reverse.

e. The screen can run for 4-6hours under no-load state inquiring the operating balance of the screen body, without swing and un-normal sound. Check the fastness of the screen boards and exciter machine.

Working principle of vibrating screen

1.The two same vibrating motors which rotate synchronously in different directions, making the screen body do periodical to-and –fro linear moving to achieve screen classification purpose.

2.The crossbeam and side boards of screen are made of stainless steel plate or heat-resisting plate and connected by the rivets to decrease internal stress and make good fastness. 

 

Installation and debugging of vibrating screen

1. Before installation, test constractly field base and installation drawing.primary and secondary

vibration deducation springs are both vertical, motor axis is lower 3 to 5 mm than vibrator 

axis and then weld strongly support rack of motor and spring base.

2. Require rotating direction of two motors must be opposite.The unload running time of screen is 

4 to 6 hours, screen should run stably,no yaw and strange noise and test  whether  screen plate 

and exciter are strong.

3. Inspect working temperature of vibration bearing, which should be less than 75 centigrade

degree.
