1. Name of Machine:  Planetary Rolling Mill (PRM) for copper tube and copper rod

 

2. The mill is an ideal machine for processing of tubes and rods. When rolling and casting of copper tube with planetary rolling mill, the section deformation may be completed by 90% or above in one pass, The prolongation deformation coefficient is higher than 15. So the cast structure can be completely changed.

 

 

3. Equipment composition

This equipment is consist of charging system, three-roll planetary tube mill and discharge system. It is also equipped with the corresponding electric control, hydraulic lubricating, cooling and pheumatic system.
