Overview of the product:

Our wood pellet plant is an original machine for pellet feed which has introduced special technology from Germany Company. This machine is equipped with high quality die and rollers have advanced technology. For driving system we use gears, which is of little space occupation, uniform stress, simple structure and easy operation. Users can change motor and die to meet the needs of different production capacities and specs, thereby obtains ideal technology and economy effect.

Composition

The Biomass Fuel wood pellet plant is mainly composed of three main sections,namely feeder ,conditioner and the main set of pellet mill.The main set of pellet plant is made of such components as machine body,machinebody,machine shell,main shaft assembly,quill main shaft assembly,die,roller assembly,cutting knife assembly,main motor driving system etc.

Structure characteristics

  1. The die is made of excellent quality high-chromium stainless alloy forge piece.Through precision finishing and vacuum heat treatment,the die meshes get high finish degree and long using life.
  2. The base of the whole machine is found of high strength cast iron,which ensures safe,stainble and reliable operation.
  3. The main shaft is forged by alloy construction steel,It is of good strength and toughness.
  4. Cast steel quill main shaft with the flywheel effect of the big pulley keep pelletization balanced,with low noise and nearly free from vibration.
  5. The feeder,conditioner and pellet chamber are all made of stainless steel.
  6. The independent cutting knife unit adopts tipped tool structure and has long using life,It can also adopt rotational flake knife structure with smooth kerf.
  7. The machine shell is fixed by bolts which give convenience to installation,disassembly and maintence.
  8. Through lubrication tube, the roller can be well lubricated during operation.
  9. Die lifting rig is optional for pellet mill according to your demand.

10. Each of the three main section of the whole machine can be ordered separately.

Main equipments of solvent extraction systems:

Rotary Extractor: Rotor extractor is very commonly used in preprocessing raw material.Rotating cell designed at the top bin level makes it easy to form immersion-extraction and reduce the meal fines content in miscella. All this will do much good to improving crude oil quality and reducing scaling in evaporation system. the extractor is driven by gear rack. Unique balancing rotor is designed to ensure less power consumption, less maintenance cost and no noise.

Desolventizer: The DTDC is made up of 5 layers. The main functions are: the top layer is designed for Pre-heating Wet Meal to reduce moisture condense. The 2nd layer is designed for Desolventizing by means of steam penetration. The 3rd layer is designed for Toasting the desolventizing meal in order to remove solvent in Wet Meal completely. In 4th layer, hot air is blown in to remove moisture of meal, It's for Drying purpose. And in 5th layer, blowing cold air to low down meal temperature, so we also call it as "Cooling layer". After all these steps, the meal is sent outside of the extraction workshop to Meal Storage House by dried meal conveyor.

Miscella Evaporation: It adopt technology of negative pressure evaporation to realize the possibility of making use of the residual heat from DTDC, so as to reach energy saving purpose.

Solvent Condensing: Solvent condensing system is closely connected with evaporation system. The tubes inside Condensers are made of stainless steel, and the horizontal structure improves the condensing effect and extends the serviceable life of Condensers. So it reach the purpose of recycling of solvent and making the manufacture's production cost lower.
