Designation the drilling rig UBG-LG1 Alligator is designed for drilling engineering wells in rocks of 1-12 drill ability categories, namely injection and auger piles, hold-downs, dewatering wells and other works when carried out with limited access on closed areas of different building sites and on open areas.

- mast, along which the rotary head travels, has no guides and contains no polyspast mechanisms;
- injection mechanism keeps all advantages of the polyspast mechanisms, providing minimal weight and sizes of the drilling block;
- the rotary head has minimal weight and sizes due to the modification of the imported reduction gearbox and its adaptation to the national adjustable hydromotor;
- The rig is specially adapted for drilling injection and auger piles; the usage of the original equipment provides high productivity;
- The original configuration of the hydraulic system with the imported spare parts provides high reliability.
