- During emergency landing of an aircraft on its belly in remote areas, there is no time for bringing stairs and other gears for bringing down the passengers. At such crisis situation, after the landing, inflatables made out of a Rafter Polyaramid fabric is placed right in front of the door, which inflates and acts like a cushioned slope by which the passengers can disembark
- These are also used in fabrication of floats for emergency floatation system of Helicopters and other miscellaneous Aerial Delivery systems
- The TPU coating on the fabric offers extra protection and also imparts hydrolysis resistance, which is essential for floatation system.
