Totally built in aisi 430 stainless steel, tedesco convector ovens can come in two different models, the gcc-1, for 35x35cm baking pans, and the gcc-2, for 40x60cm baking pans. Tedesco convector oven comes with kit spgv, a exclusive registered patent from tedesco which consists on a portable steam generating system based on a water reservatory supplied and activated manually by the oven operator. The spgv makes it unnecessary to have a hydraulic connection to the oven; all you need is to plug the oven to the electricity. The spgv permits the frozen food to be cooked faster and without forming water puddles. The food will be shiny and crispy! Perfect for breads, pastries, croissants, lasagnas, pizzas and meat. In the gcc-1, the reservatory capacity is of 1.5 liters of water, and is optional. In the gcc-2, the reservatory capacity is of 3 liters of water.
