Flexible tubes

  Flexible tubes are used to protect cables and electrical conductor. They are installed in walls under plasterboards or applied in masonry and wooden structures for electrical panel applications and heat protected areas.  Advantage of the flexible tube is reduction of installation time and their fireproof qualities.

  Used in construction and telecommunications for electrical cable our flexible tubes are certified with CE standards and are anti inflammable.
  They are used for direct casting monolithic concret or plasters.

Flexible tubes (copex) are presented in the following diameters: Φ9 mm , Φ 16 mm, Φ 20 mm, 32 mm Φ.

Can be delivered (on request and color to facilitate various electrical circuits).

  The raw material used (not fireproof), the request may be flexible tubes (copex) fireproof by adding fireproof agents.

  Mode of packing: Φ 9 mm - 20 mm Φ = 100 m / roll 
                            Φ 32 mm = 50 m / roll

  Flexible tubes (copex) have a low weight high flexibility (such as benefits of mounting where needed short cracks) and good chemical resistance.

  There are two types of classifications for flexible tubes (copex):

1. Light class 2221:
- The first digit indicates the compression strength: 320 N
- The 2nd  digit indicates the resistance to impact hammer with a mass of 1 kg up to 100 mm.
- The 3rd  digit of the minimum temperature of application and installation: - 5 oC.
- The 4th  digit to the maximum application and installation: + 60 oC.

2. Average class 3321:
- The first digit indicates the compression strength: 750 N
- The 2nd digit indicates the resistance to impact hammer with a mass of 2 kg up to 100 mm.
- The 3rd digit of the minimum temperature of application and installation: - 5 oC.
- The 4th digit to the maximum application and installation: + 60 oC.

- appearance after heating - no need to submit to exfoliating or swellings ;
- 80-100oC flexibility - to support a bending radius of the curve R>10xD. ;
- Vicat softening point: ≥79oC ;
- absorption of water at 100oC: ≤ 6mg/cm ;
- fire resistance not support combustion, is automatically in less than 30s ;
- have good resistance to common chemicals ;
- size below which delivers: 4000 mm±50 mm; 6000 mm±50 mm ;
- method of packaging: by pallet wood support ;
- health advice: PVC pipes designed to carry drinkable water have health opinion approved by the Ministry of Health ;
- approval: PVC pipes have Technical Approval .
