Snowmelt Spreading Vehicle can be used for spreading of snow removing agent on road surface. The vehicle has the characters of easy operation, high working efficiency and it can avoid the bloks by itself and then restore. It is applicable to high-grade roads, urban roads, airport, and the square, scenic roads. What is more the vehicle has function of spreading water in advance. It is spirally spreading and the spreading unit can be folded up for the remaining snow melting agent in hopper being quickly unloaded. By adjusting the baffle of spreading unit, the spreading direction and area can be adjusted. Spreading width can be adjusted automatically or manually. The whole vehicle is treated with anti corrosion treatment and it is durable with long life service.

Description

1.      Normal Size: 3200/3810/4000/4300/4320×306/310/312/380×80/82/83/85×2.75/3/4mm. Available in different sizes.

2.      Profile: W-beam, Three-beam.  

3.      Applicable Standards: JT/T281-1995(Corrugated Sheet Steel Beams For Expressway Guardrail - China), AASHTO M-180(Corrugated Sheet Steel Beams For Highway Guardrail - USA), RAL-RG620 (German) or any other International Standards. 

4.      Base Steel: Steel Grade Q235B (equivalent to S235JR according to DIN EN 10025 and Gr. D according to ASTM A283M) or Q345 (S355JR / ASTM A529M 1994).  

5.      The thickness of the Steel: 3mm, 4mm, 6mm or according to consumers’ request.  

6.      Surface Treatment: Hot dip galvanized or Power coated. 

7.      The Thickness of Galvanized (Double Sides): 550g/m² (40µ) or 1100 g/m² (80µ) or 1200 g/m² (85µ) or as per your request.  

8.      Certificate: ISO9001, ISO14000, SGS, CE.

System Principle

1.      Wave shaped guardrail, it is a corrugated steel fence panels to each other by stitching a continuous post supporting the whole structure.

2.      It uses soil base, column, beam deformation to absorb impact energy and force out of control vehicle to change direction and return to the normal driving direction, to prevent the vehicle runs off the road, to protect the vehicles and passengers, to reduce losses caused by the accident.

3.      Waveform phase and flexible steel beam guardrail, and a strong ability to absorb crash energy, and has good sight induced features can be coordinated with the road alignment, beautiful appearance, can be used in a small radius curve, the defects were easy to replace.
