Puisseguin Saint Emilion AOC, vintage 2009 available in May 2011
Chateau Moulins Listrac 2009 vintage was grown in Oak barrels giving the wine the exquisite taste of rare aromas. It is an excellent vintage as all medias recognise 2009 as one of the best ever, very classic Bordeaux style wine, with nice tannins and good fruit aromas.
We harvested from the 6 until the 15 of October 2009
VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Vinification: traditional method in stainless steel tanks and concrete
Alcoholic fermentation: temperature at 28°
Maceration time: 3 weeks
Ageing: in Oak Barrels
Bottling : May 2011
TASTING NOTES
Colour: intense, dark ruby.
Nose: complex, elegant with red fruits aromas and a touch of spices.
Palate: round and soft with silky tannins, fresh and fruity finish.
