R/bak sa 3000 with acrylic adhesives comes in two levels of compressibility to accommodate the full range of wide web flexographic printing - from process work to solids and line & combination work. Sa 3000 provides excellent print range to achieve very low dot gain without losing solid ink density.

Sa 3100 - soft combination - 20 mil (0.51 mm) tapes for combination jobs with demanding process and screen work.

Sa 3300 - general purpose - 20 mil (0.51 mm) tapes for combination jobs with screen, line and solid work.

R/bak sa 3000 is designed with two levels of adhesive on the cylinder side and a textured transparent liner for easier mounting and seam formation.

Rogers R/bak Cushion Mounting Materials have provided the corrugated printing industry with the cushioning it needs to produce the highest quality graphics on some of the roughest substrates.   Not only do R/bak cushions allow printers to achieve the highest possible print quality, they also reduce the possibility of board crush and lower overall waste

Impression is necessary...the plate must contact the substrate to print.  Too much pressure causes board crush, reduced box strength, plate distortion, dot gain and excessive plate wear.  R/bak cushions reduce the stress by equalizing the pressure and conforming to the substrate to allow full print coverage. 

R/bak S is a polyester-reinforced family of R/bak Cushions doubles as a plate carrier and cushion. Mechanical or magnetic mounting hardware can be easily attached by almost any common method. The standard of the corrugated printing market, R/bak S is available in two hardnesses: R/bak SF (firm) and R/bak SS (soft).  R/bak SF is a general purpose cushion for solids, line and process printing corrugated substrates.  R/bak SS is recommended for fine multicolor process on corrugated substrates.
